Depending on what you’re practicing you can kick the ball or throw it off the Tekk® Trainer. This allows you to vary the speed and location of the ball when practicing. Throwing the ball off the Tekk® Trainer is common for head and chest drills for younger aged players.
BACK SIDE OF THE TEKK TRAINER
Practicing Ground Strokes and Ball Control
Angle the Tekk Trainer to the 5th, 6th or 7th hole. You will kick the ball along the ground from the back side of the Tekk Trainer to practice your control and one touch. From the back, you can also kick the ball in the air into the Tekk Trainer and the ball will bounce back to you at different heights and distances allowing you to do control drills using all parts of your body.
Note: We have designed the Tekk Trainer so you can use both sides of the unit for various drills.
